INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
If there is an issue with your product once you receive your item(s) please contact the sales team immediately. You have 14 days from time of shipment to notify the sales team about your incorrect or damaged item.
Our tees are 100% cotton and that means they will shrink if not properly washed and dried. In order to make your tee last as long as possible we have some tips for you.
-Wash your tees in cold water and with like colored items.
-Hang dry your tee or tumble dry on delicate/low heat.
-If your shirt does shrink, it will stretch back to size due to the structure of the cotton.
We understand the frustration of tees that shrink. We are working diligently in order to minimize shrinkage and find the best product for our brand.
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Most products are processed within 2-3 days.
While No Name Outfitters LLC is still a small business, the cost of shipment is inevitable. It is the one area we are limited on cutting costs. We know that online shopping can be deterred by shipment rates, and are working on offering discounted rates.
